Soul Bopjib is a modern Korean BBQ restaurant serving traditional inspired dishes developed from over 40 years of family owned restaurants in Korea, the US and China.  Our goal is to reintroduce Korean food to you in exciting ways that are not only delicious, but also with a modern touch of Soul! 

BBQ is what inspires our Soul and pork is our first love.  From the most famous pork cuts to the lesser known ones (but equally delicious), our in-house butcher finds the best cuts from the finest pig farms from around the world, making sure every bite is as tasty and safe as can be.  Soul Bopjib is GIY (Grill it yourself) making sure every bite is eaten the way it should be… Hot off the grill. 

But please don’t stop at BBQ!  After years of honing our Bibimbap and Soup skills at our sister restaurant Dubujib, we are reinventing these traditional dishes that taste Korean, but are universally delicious.
