tet is inspired by the modern versions of Vietnamese food that has popped up around the world in places like Sydney, New York or LA.  Using new cooking techniques and global ingredients, our goal is to create something modern that is inspired by the culinary traditions of Vietnam’s unique combination of South East Asian and French cuisines. 

tet in Vietnamese is a shortened version of Tet Nguyen Dan which means “the feast of the first morning of the first day.”  At tet, we want to make every meal to feel as memorable as everyone’s first meal of the New Year.
